Our lifetime warranty is fully transferable to any new owner of the home. This warranty covers our house leveling services and the Mega Piling System we install to fix your foundation. With the Mega Piling System, we will repair your foundation, returning your home as close as possible to its original position. Once we’ve leveled your home, we’ll clean the exterior, making it visually impossible for anyone to know your foundation has been repaired. Specifically, the warranty covers all piers installed by U.S. Foundation Repair for the lifetime of the home, at no cost for adjustments. The warranty will only be void in a number of limited situations, such as if the foundation is not properly maintained, if the structure is altered to any degree affecting the piers, the structure is sited on a fault, or if the building is undermined by soil erosion, flood, fire, leaks, or an underground water system. For the warranty to be transferred to a new homeowner, U.S. Foundation must be notified within 30 days after the sale of the home and provided with a proof of sale, along with a $200 transfer fee.Reliable Long-Term Service
